Best man I’ve ever worked with.
Avoid at all cost. Have had 2 different accounts with this firm. Neither have performed at even minimum guaranteed interest much less what the market is doing. Unable to get in touch with anyone at this firm for over a year. When I finally did get in touch with Mr. Townsend I was given every excuse under the book (was sick for a number of months, didnt see my missed calls or emails or text messages or even the letter i wrote and physically slid under the door). His son who works for him has the exact same phone number listed so couldnt get in touch with him also.
Asked to have X amount of money transferred from one account to another. Signed the paperwork, only to have less than half the agreed upon amount transferred.
If you like the idea of your money not performing, having no access to anyone, and generally flushing your money away then use these people. Otherwise please go somewhere else. I have transferred all of my money out of all accounts and into a completely different firm.
