I just ended my 40-year relationship with StateFarm auto insurance. Donna Kohl was my agent and because of her mistake she left me stranded on the side of the freeway. I paid for roadside assistance and because of her mistake they had the wrong car in their computer so would not send me a tow truck.
She was rude and I didn’t get the service I’ve paid for. She said, “It’s not MY fault your car broke down on the side of the freeway.” Seriously? No, but it IS your fault you put in a 2014 Ford Focus when it was a 2005 Chevrolet Cavelier!
I had my proof of insurance, in my hand with the proper information but someone had input the incorrect information in the computer. This will be my only rant, which I’ve made public.
