Been going to them for over 4 years now. Not at all impressed with Wendy McDaniels’ assistance.
IMHO, she wants her cut of the pie, but not willing to do the right thing, and work for it. Claims she is my “liaison” but makes me call the carrier to pay. According to RLI, she could have helped me.
Just bad business practices in my opinion.
