Horrible customer service and those that answer the phones give false information on referral approval status. I have a brain tumor that could kill me and I’m still waiting a week later on a URGENT referral request to be approved or denied.
URGENT requests are supposed to have an answer back within 72 hours it is now a week and 1 day. One even told me it was approved and I scheduled appointment only to later get a call from doctors saying it was not yet approved.
I will be sure to share that the statement given by CEO is false as well because they are not caring and some of their reps are rude and don’t know about their policy.
