Absolutely horrible customer service.
Takes multiple attempts to get in contact with. Was not treated like a valued customer AT ALL. Just wanted to add another car to my insurance but due to how long it took to get insurance on my first car, and then again on the second car, and then again to understand odd charges to my account.. I cancelled.
Absolutely would not recommend this company.
