NCPA are a fraud. They give an appalling service. They were not honest in their quotations and made me pay $1000 for insurance for 6 months and I was told this was the best insurance.
I found it insurance for that price for a whole year and did not have to pay broker fees of $350.00. I did not receive a copy of our policy even though I asked and I was lied to that if I cancelled it would cost to much.
I got $883.00 back when I went direct to the insurance company and cut out the broker. After trying to come to an agreement the insurance broker just completely ignored me and did not even try to remedy the situation.
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE THEIR FEE AND GET YOU OUT THE DOOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AND IF A CAR DEALER RECOMMENDS THEM – LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP AND THE BROKER.
