Rating the performance of this organization poor/fair is being nice but the rating system does not allow for incompetent, disrespectful, and with a total disregard for human decency. My experiences with Mandy Lee of Sitzmann Morris & Lavis Insurance Agency over the past 10 months have created massive worry and financial stress.
Mandy has constantly remained rude, disrespectful, and malicious throughout my dealings with the organization, the sad part is if Mandy was skilled to not make massive mistakes with their client’s insurance there would be no reason to even contact her. I have been paying higher premiums for months to find out Mandy never changed my plan and now my insurance company is charging me thousands of dollars in deductibles which I should not be paying.
Mandy, however, has chosen not to fix the matter and instead is avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails. When I have emailed with her managers they too have been slow to act and claim my concerns are being address, but why then is my insurance providers still telling me no one has called them to correct the problem or even change my plan to the one I have been paying for.
