Horrible office. I have never had any problems with the insurance people like I had with them!!! NEVER… Careless , incompetent, ignoring, do not do their job properly.
Messed up my billing few times, which resulted in revoking my policy!!! Hard to reach an agent on the phone, never send the correspondence in mail: bills, insurance cards, and such. Never respond to emails.
I am sorry I had called them a few years ago… Very very sorry.
