Sir: I just rec’d a reminder letter from you regarding my auto policy – the premium is due. I did call your Agency 2 weeks ago and spoke with William (?). I wanted to notify you that I had moved to NM and was making arrangements for insurance here in this state.
William would not “take a message” for your Agency stating that “You don’t have to do anything. Your policy will just expire.” I informed him that I felt out of courtesy, after all the years I was with your Group, that I should notify you. And I wanted to express the reasons why I would ever change!!! William actually refused to take my information. “There are no forms, there is nothing for you to do.”
So, we apologize, Mr. Sena, that your staff had no way of knowing that we were permanently in NM. We thank you for the service rec’d in Delray Beach, FL for many, many happy years of coverage.
This company has been a pain in the neck from day one. I would avoid them at all costs. I, too, encountered William in customer service for homeowner’s insurance. He gave me wrong information every time I called.
Go directly to the insurer and avoid this agency. They serve no useful function and will make you want to tear your hair out.
If you enjoy poor customer service, low IQ employees and otherwise shoddy service – John Senna is the man for you! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
