I would not insure a dog house with this Mr. Dean Bishop insurance agency. He will not give you a straight answer, avoids phone calls, even from lawyers. Finally had to go to another insurance agency have them call him to find out if our home was insured by him or not!! That was all I wanted to know !!
How simple of a question is that to answer? My Mother died, she had been insured by this guy for years. Now I’m wondering if she was ever covered? Thank God the house didn’t burn down or something before we got it covered by State Farm.
Will never use Farm Bureau again if this is what their agents are like.
