Bill Rupnow from E-Z Bail Bonds in Cascade County Montana had a written contract making a $300 payment was all that was needed to get John Doe out of jail. After he was released, Bill called John Doe demanding another $300 or he would be thrown back in jail. John Doe pays it. 30 min later Bill asks for another $1000.
When asked, Bill states he doesn’t have an answer. All Bill knows is that $1,500 was taken from his account from the court house and John Doe needs to cover it… It makes no sense why John has to keep paying him every 30 minutes. Bill only wants the money western unioned with no reworked contracts because doing it with a credit card or any other way costs too much money.
