Review
This is an independent adjuster assigned to me from a small and local 3rd party insurance company of someone my wife was involved in an accident with when they ran a red light.
Although the liability of their customer was blatantly obvious, Mr. Carter denied liability and would not approve for my claim to be paid. Im now having to use my own insurance to take care of this claim and hopefully arbitration to have the 3rd party company eventually accept liability.
Keep in mind, his decision was made without even speaking to my wife, who was the one involved in the accident. This means, he did not properly investigate this.
I work in the insurance business and have met and dealt with many adjusters. This was by far the worst experience and he would not hear my side. My advice … stay away.
