Do not trust Sonny Lane with handling your insurance needs!
We recently found out that he never turned in our cancellation paperwork and paid insurance to 2 separate companies for homeowners insurance. We are now owed a whole year of premiums and he is not turning in the needed paperwork to process my refund to his underwriter even though he has told me on multiple occasions he has!!!
It has now been 6 months and still haven’t gotten anywhere!! He is never in his office and if he is he is either having his receptionist screen his calls or does not return calls after leaving him multiple messages!!
I will never do business with this company or this man again and certainly don’t recommend them!!
