The worst place to work, they treat their employees with least respect. Only care about the upper management
Odd company in many ways.
Run by a tight group of aggressive career women who pay only lip service to those who have families and outside lives. A lot of favoritism. Management style overall is over the top micro-management and there is a childish rah-rah boosterism that the company promotes.
In my mind, it detracts from the professionalism of the place. Otherwise, benefits were decent and they do have a good grasp of the NJ marketplace. Once you go somewhere else you will probably feel relieved as you will no longer be treated like a child.
