Halfway into my policy, I asked Todd to give me a total to pay up my auto ins for the rest of the policy. About a week before my policy was to expire I called Todd several times to ask him to get me some other quotes since the renewal rate I was getting was so high. He ignored my calls to the day before my policy was to expire and then I find out that my previous insurance was canceled for some $30 payment that wasn’t made. When I paid it off.
Funny how this amount was exactly the 15-day lapse to where the insurance company would not reinstate since it is over their 14 day reinstatement period. If Todd would have answered my calls initially I would not have this lapse but then as it is now he will not return my calls on the matter.
