Hard to believe this guy deals with customers. I am a customer,have been paying his organization money for a life policy since 1989. Need to surrender my policy, short term to cover tax bill and this guy gives me a hard time and hangs up on me.
I am, was a KOC member, father was a 4th degree member, these clowns lost their building in Lower Allen Township, now there is a middle eastern grocery store there, what an embarrassment. After 3 minutes with this guy, I can see why they are sucking wind. Terms limits for politicians and guys like this.
I would rank him minus 5 if I could.
