A few years ago I used Shubert Public Adjustor for some storm damage that occurred to my home. The adjustor, Jack Bowie, only got one estimate from some joe schmoe that must not have a clue about the actual job. The adjustor quickly took his share of the payment.
As I called to get estimates to have the work done, I found no one charged anywhere near as little as the estimate used for my settlement.
I called Mr. Bowie who was supposed to get back to me but never did. I ended up have to put out of my own pocket several thousands to get the work done. I would have rated less than one but that option is not available. Get your own estimates if you plan on using this guy. He won’t be there to help you.
