Review
Do not let these folks in your house. Your claim will be written up with huge errors and your claim will drag on forever. They have written four estimates and each one had glaring errors and omissions.
One they wrote up a clothes dryer but not the washer next to it and price it at half of its cost. On a revision, they added the washer but said it was 8 years old and the dryer 3 years old even though they were a pair and they took out depreciation for more years than was supported by the date of manufacture stamped on the machine. they depreciate dozens of new items (new home) from 3 to 8 years.
They had a $2,000 couch that was six months old as 3 years old and worth $299 new. They wrote up one furnace and not the one next to it. They depreciated the furnace their insurance company had just replaced and said it was several years old.
This is tip of the iceberg stuff. Reach out to me if you want to hear more.
