Be aware:
your American Family agent in the Spokane Valley will insist you have to insure things through them ” everything”. They will write policies without your permission and take your money. They will insist and not listen to your needs as a customer. In my case, they wrote mulitiple unneeded policies, made numerous mistakes.
Instead of going to the underwriter and explaining they sent a generic letter insisting it was my error. They are not trained and if you go into their office your first impression will be that they are amateurs.
In fact, what kind of insurance provider operates out of a strip mall? kind of like a used car salesman. Insurance is a subject that most of us don’t understand, so agents and insurers take advantage. Well if you want an awful experience, work with under trained agents, expect numerous errors on your insurance, no customer service and someone to take advantage of you. This is the place.
