My family has been using this group since the 60’s, I made the mistake of going through a different Allstate agent when I bought my new truck. I never received documentation for proof of insurance and the bank time and time again never received the insurance forms to back the loan. The previous vehicle was never removed from the original policy and my father was charged extra as a result.
When I called Johns Leslie’s office, I was instantly taken care of. I received ID cards in 5 minutes and was set up online and on my phone by the evening. They even took care of the extra charges on my father’s policy a month prior when we addressed the issue.
