Moving to Minnesota from a rural Kansas was a culture shock. The last thing I wanted to do was deal with insurance. Our company doesn’t sell insurance in Minnesota.
I didn’t know what to do, so I asked my neighbors. 2 of them had State Farm with Jim’s office. They couldn’t say enough about him and his staff, so I’ve decided to give them a try.
So far, so good. They took care of everything for us and made us feel at home in our new state and neighborhood. I just had to write this review as a way if saying thanks to Jim for making a dreaded task, easy.
