Review
I recently bought extended warranty for my Benz S550 from Autosource and paid premium price for zero-deductible policy. I called Autosource two months ago and they told me that there was a deductible of $100. But when they pulled hard-copy of the contract from their records,
they agreed that there is zero deductible.
They also told me that the system would be updated accordingly.I called Autosource yesterday (12/28/2011) to check if they have made change. To my surprise, they did not. Now they are saying the administrator will make the change if he thinks it is valid. I have the contract that states “Zero Deductibles”.
I am not sure how terrible they would be when I will open a claim with them
