I spoke with Frank today about an injury that my brother had sustained. At the end of our conversation, he told me that, “Your brother’s medical expenses are going to be in the 6 figures so it doesn’t matter what we pay.” I replied with “It might not matter to you but it matters to me and how everything else is going to work out.” His response was he has “professional obligations”. Wow!
I will NEVER PERSONALLY USE SOUTHERN ADJUSTERS AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW!
They are obviously in for the company and not for the common man. I didn’t expect him to be anything but polite because I totally understand that he’s not working for me, and the fact that he would tell me that “it doesn’t matter” is unacceptable for a “professional”.

Frank Bailey doesn’t have a heart …I could have lost my wife in a wreck per one of their client’s fault and he refused any way to pay for medical expenses and had no compassion for us.
Prior he offered to pay for our car but our insurance paid so he lied and said they would work on helping us out. …that was a lie.
