Earl Baker is one rude fellow.
Having never spoken to him before him calling me tonight 12/10, he was defensive and outright rude when I informed him his staff person had improperly informed me that a vehicle titled in an LLC could be insured thru one of his carriers. That employee who wrote the policy in September is no longer there, and another employee Friday tells me it can’t be insured when titled in an LLC, and then last night, (the following Monday), ANOTHER employee tells me it CAN.
He has an OFFICE full of idiots and he is the HEAD IDIOT. I am filing a complaint w BBB and insurance commissioner
