Not a nice a company to do business with. Staff is good for the most part, but the principal represents the unscrupulous type of behavior that I wished someone would have warned me about.
To be more specific, missing deadlines for quotes and then blaming me for it is hardly believable. He used to brag about doing business with American Family Insurance for 29 years. No Longer! They’ve caught on to this company. All accounts terminated for what reason? Good question. Call them yourself and see if they’ll do any quotes with American Family Insurance.
Principal has a temper you wouldn’t believe. Reno is a small town… he shouldn’t be rewarded for such poor customer service. I cannot recommend strong enough NOT to use this company.
