HMAA account manager claims that HMAA made a mistake on coverage start date when issuing a letter certified that I was insured starting on a specific date. I relied on this letter and confirmations from HHAA to incur medical expenses.
I later submitted claims and they refused to pay some of the claims saying that I was not insured even though I have a letter signed by John H. Felix certifying that I was insured on a start date that covered this period.
Customer Service has not been helpful to explain or resolve issues.
