I have been there for the past two years and the first year I didn’t know why I was missing 250.00 out of my return but, I figured I was happy to be getting back something.
This year, upon asking some questions AFTER my taxes were completed, they do not disclose how much you are paying to them to file the taxes (which ended up being 300.00!) But they also did not disclose that they could not submit my return until 2/20/2013.
Instead, they told me I would have my return on the 15th (filed on 2/4/2013) on the 26th I ended up calling the IRS who told me they could not process my return until the 20th and my tax preparer knew that. They took my 300 plus 35 to get direct deposit and KNEW I would not be getting my return until March so I would not go anywhere else.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY! BEWARE OF BARBEITO’S!!!
