Poor customer service from Nationwide claim staff members.
I had personal information/photos placed online without my permission rather than a direct call from staff at one of their body shops and the best Nationwide had to offer was, “I’m sorry. No one else every complained.”
So because “No one else complained”, I am to assume that I do not matter as a customer. Extremely disappointed in the responses and customer service.
