My father has for over 25 years been dealing with Mr. Brinton he has brought over six policies for life insurance and regretfully he passed away this past may 30 and Mr. Brinton had no problem explaining several changes that he had made in his policy and what he left for me as his son policy .
It was a hectic time and the last thing we all needed was to have to wait days for his policy to cover his death and burial. He was very understanding with us about the policy and sent us a letter explaining all the policies and what was paid in full and who was in charge of the policy and the money.
His daughter took over from that moment on and what ever happen between them I’m sure it wasn’t his fault she can be very demanding at times and if it isn’t what she wants to here then lookout. I thank him for having to deal with whatever she dealt out to him and apologize if she was rude.
