I just had my first experience with Jerry Burroughs at West Coast Insurance. I work for a bank and he was calling to obtain contact information to send insurance on a supposed mutual customer.
It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. He was rude, aggressive, and the entire experience felt like a social engineering experiment. When the only difference between different insurance agencies and insurance agents is not the product but the agent himself.
I do not understand why anyone would ever choose to do business with an impudent and discourteous man like Jerry Burroughs.
