David let us down. We have only owned our home for two months and we were notified that our homeowner’s policy was cancelled as of December 31st (which was about 3 weeks away at the time) if we did not have the roof repaired on our new home.
We left a voicemail and sent an email to David Byrne and we never received a response to either. Well after our initial “new homeowner” panic we took a deep breath, found a new insurance company and had the necessary repairs done.
If it was possible to give half a star as a rating I certainly would. I would never recommend David Byrne or Allstate insurance to anyone.
