I held an HO policy with AAA for 2 years and my agent was John Ciolfi. During those two years, I always paid my bill on time. After I sold my house and moved into a temp apartment I inquired about a renter’s insurance policy. The next day I cancelled the policy (March 31st).
As of May 20th, I still have not received my refund of the down payment and John Ciolfi won’t return phone calls. The experience will prevent me from ever using AAA in the future.
