Well, I think we all know that now is a difficult time in the world of health care.
I received a letter from Terry and Deborah letting me know their availability to help me with any questions I had with the upcoming changes to the HC system. I called, left a VM, and didn’t hear back for over a week, and the message said that they would ‘try’ to email me later that night. Nothing.
I called again and voiced my frustration, and said I’d appreciate a callback. Terry called me back, pretty enraged, telling me that I could find another service, that he wouldn’t tolerate a customer like me having a bad experience, and not giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Well Terry, sad display of lack of care on your part. By not even asking me the issue, or even attempting to do what I have been paying you to do, and simply ignoring the issue, now you’ve got a real unhappy camper who will spread the word about your awful uncaring service, so others don’t need to get the rotten surprise you just handed me.
*As I experience it Terry’s company’s message is- Take us or leave us. If we break our promises, that’s just how it is, get over it, or find someone else.

Contrary to what the previous review states, my company has worked with Terry Clement for years with nothing but success. When it came time for me to be added to our health policy, Terry made an appointment with me and made the trip to my office to fill out paperwork when it was easiest for me.
He makes it a point to give you all of his contact information and has always responded promptly to our calls if ever they go missed. (Rare they do but business can cause such a thing, especially with such large known issues clouding this particular field.) Terry always, and I mean always, makes it a point to explain realistic expectations and explains things to me so that they make sense to me.
Absolutely wonderful experience.
