I agree with A. Fernandez, this business is a rip off of your money.
I was ill in Mexico and attempted to get help from them and they said that I had never paid the premium and I had the receipts with me! I had to pay out of pocket for the doctor in Mexico city.
Don’t bother with these crooks!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about, but the clearly appear to be written by a competitor.
ASA is great to deal with and has been handling our insurance needs since 1997. They helped us through difficult medical situations and have always been by our side.
Everyone I know who uses them has nothing but positive things to say.
