This insurance brokerage is a disaster. Their service is poor, the commission they earn are exorbitant, they don’t know what they are doing.

I was ill in Mexico and attempted to get help from them and they said that I had never paid the premium and I had the receipts with me! I had to pay out of pocket for the doctor in Mexico city.

I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about, but the clearly appear to be written by a competitor.
