VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL…I had the worst experience of my life at Health Exams in Burlingame Ca on El Camino Real. I spoke to this Deborah person that is the manager and she talks like she is on drugs, very slow, dragged out and unsure of herself.
She started by putting me on hold for a long time and telling me that she would call back that same day and she never called me back and when I called her back to set an appointment, she was not there and I did not want to pass all my personal information to another person and she is supposed to be the best because she is the manager, right?
she didn’t call me back for 3 days and when I FINALLY got through to her? she didn’t even remember who I was and she asked for all my information again. And again, she was all doped up as if she was on some downer drugs. As a result of her drugged up coma and stupidity my premium went up and I will never go through Health Exams again. She never even called back to reschedule and apologize.
I have left her so many messages and she has never returned my call.
I have been working with Health Exams Inc for quite some time now. I have consistently had my clients use their services for over 5 years and have never had any complaints. Their staff is very professional and always does a phenomenal job.
