Mary Dixson…She is not trustworthy..and does not own up to her mistakes where she has made an error on the policy that she had prepared for myself and family regarding my house coverage, which was not what we had agreed upon.
Her error Our Loss..She could have corrected it.. But did not. BEWARE SHE has NO MORALS to do the right thing.
Mary had been my Insurance agent for years, my first home and vehicles were covered through Shelter with Mary doing everything correct. First home there about 7-8 years. Second home in College Hill contacted Mary she went to appraise and discuss amount of coverage with me.
Home was broken into, contacted police, contacted Shelter to file a claim… No coverage to replace the door/frame that was broken. Valuables were not replaced..What do you do….

If you value your Home, Car, everything that is in your home YOU CANNOT TRUST MARY DIXSON TO PROTECT YOU And your family WITH PROPER COVERAGE…WHEN SHE AND I DISCUSSED POLICY COVERAGE FOR MY 2ND HOME, WE WENT OVER THE POLICY THAT SHE FELT WOULD BE THE BEST FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY.
I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT SHE DROPPED THE BALL IF MY HOME HAD NOT BEEN BROKEN INTO. COPS CALLED CONTACTED SHELTER FILED NECESSARY DOCUMENTS..TOTAL LOSS. MARY DID NOT INSURE MY HOME AS WE HAD DISCUSSED..SHE IS WORTHLESS AS A PERSON, INSURANCE AGENT OR ANYTHING ELSE..
