This place is horrible. They are very rude and do not help what so ever. If you call they will put you on hold and make you wait until you end up just hanging up.
Recently got a newer car the required collision, they wanted way too much money so we switched insurance companies making sure we were all paid in full and would have no problems. Well, a year later we get a letter in the mail saying we owe $94.00 and that it was going to a credit agency.
Our monthly payments were not 94 dollars and they didn’t even send us something saying we owed money until a year later and that it was going to a credit agency.
I would advise to STAY FAR AWAY from this place
