This is by far the worse insurance company I have ever had.
It’s been over 2 months and my claim is still not settled nor has my “insurance agent” told me who is even at fault. I have sent them my power of attorney over 4 times and still the haven’t received it! It was either filled out wrong or sent the wrong way. I have tried every way possible to find a way to hand submit it. If it’s not there in 3 days they will not cover my care they reviewed and said, “was a total loss.”
In my opinion, my car was far from a total loss the company just didn’t want to fix it. My agent Vickie Pike told me it was my responsibility to contact the other party to find out who was at fault and still she has yet to contact them. I have a police report number I gave her she said was not good. The police officer gave it to me it was good. She never answers when we call. She is avoiding covering my vehicle at all costs.
I have been in an accident before, well enough to know, this is not how I’m supposed to be treated. I asked for another adjuster through a complaint it went straight to Vickie who informed no I can’t get another adjuster with her inexcusable awful attitude. I also asked to speak to her supervisor nope never heard from her after several requests.
My car company can’t even get a hold of the told me it seems she has disappeared off the face of the earth!! I can’t take this anymore these people are a rip or and need to be removed or shut down for good. They are not on your side they are against you!
Worst company ever beware.
they will try their best not to pay your claim. my story is exactly the same as the one before me. they denied my claim, and to top it off, I lost my son in the car accident dealing with.
This insensitive so call insurance! My adjuster was. David Merrill and never return calls nor his so called supervisor, please. Don’t get this insurance !
