This is the most unprofessional insurance agent I have ever dealt with…services were almost non-exsistant…if there was an issue with my policy it was always the fault of someone else…
I recently canceled my policies with them and was told it would take 24-48 hours for my refund to be credited back to my bank account…when this did not happen I called only to be told that Farmer’s placed a 7 day hold on the refund…it was not my agents fault…again blame someone else…
my premiums would constantly change…I would be told that the NM State Legislature mandated additional fees and…wait for it…it was not my agent’s fault…I did not get the slightest feeling that my agent was working for me…
