Terrible customer service and misinformed about their policies. I canceled my policy with them because I was moving out of state. They informed me that my refund would be directly deposited to my account. I asked if they were sure about this and that I can give them my new address to forward a check.
They insisted that my refund would be deposited and no check would be sent. Three weeks later, no deposit. I call Reynolds to inquire about my refund and guess what? A check was issued and mailed to my old address! I was then informed that Reynolds would have to wait for the check to return to their office and then they could reissue my refund to my new address. Which could take up to 30 days!
I asked if they could just cancel the check and send it to my new address now. They said it wasn’t possible. I called my insurance company directly and guess what? I got the check canceled and reissued to my new address. Clearly, the people at Reynolds are incompetent and were very rude about the entire ordeal.
