Good rates, but extremely poor follow through on business transactions. After six months of trying, I finally gave up on getting them to process the check for our umbrella policy. Not unusual to call, leave a message and have it go unanswered for weeks.
Promises for contact/meetings made and not kept…that sort of thing. I finally cancelled all our policies and moved to another provider where I am very happy.
