I want to warn you about this man. He is a lying scumbag and will do anything to not give you good coverage so he can deny your claim like he did to me.
I was his customer since 1986 until this year. What I didn’t know is that Farmers took out coverage for accidental discharge of water in 2002 and the agent was supposed to add it back in. He upgraded my sister’s policy because she called him about it, but failed to upgrade mine.
I ended up having a broken pipe below my toilet in May and found out that I wasn’t covered because of this TX040 that Ray Garner left out of my policy. It cost me $4,800 to remove the water and replace the flooring in my house.
Ray LIED about everything. He told me he called me and I never returned his phone calls which was a real whopper. I ended up taking him to small claims court and he lied to the judge who ended up believing him over me so I lost this case.
My advice is to stay away from this lying SCUMBAG because someday you will regret it when he ends up lying for you about a claim Farmers denies.
