I have tried for weeks to get assistance with a policy over the phone with them. I went all the way up to mgr named “Carrol” who was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. They kept saying “I’ll get to it later” and never did.
I will never, ever do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my life, and I deal with insurance companies every day.
I gave the rating as “1 out of 5” simply because I could not put a zero.
