I got my car insurance from Sam Good Jr in February 2014. In June of 2014, he contacted me to inform me my rate would go up. I told him to hold off, I got a quote from another company for half of what he wanted to charge me so I contacted him and told him to cancel my policy. He called me back a day or two later to confirm I wanted to cancel.
In February 2015 I gave my wife my account information so she could watch my money (she said I was spending too much) she told me there was a charge of 245.10 from the insurance I had from Sam so we looked into it further and found they had been charging me the whole time every month!
I contacted their office and spoke with a lady she said she would email me some form to try to get my money back, I never received the email. I spoke with Sam and he said, “I thought you were just going to stop paying the bill.” I could NOT just stop it was an auto debit from my account that sam set up. He then told me multiple times I will resend the email never received it DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
THEY WILL APPARENTLY CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOU CANCEL IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION!
