So far, my impression of this company is exhausting and I have found them to be completely incompetent on every level. I have spent several hours (literally) on the phone with them trying to figure out why they can’t perform a simple prior authorization for medication.
They have all the info they need, yet continue, this time by claiming the process was not marked urgent when I know it was, and even 3-way called into the doctor. They tell me it’s a twelve-day process if it’s not marked urgent! I can’t imagine anyone waiting for meds are ok with a two week to turn around time frame.
