I cannot recommend against using Mike Haight – State Farm Agent in Wentzville for insurance any stronger. Brenda Smith, one of his agents, slammed my account with features we never discussed, lied to me about deductibles offered and now two weeks after canceling via the home office 800 number they have still not sent me anything on my $446 refund or my cancellation in general.
I’ve called and emailed Mike Haight twice, even threatening legal action with no responses. The legal avenue is my next route. Shady business practices at best. I’ve filed complaints with both the Missouri Department of Insurance and the BBB.
Save yourself the headaches, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
