East Coast claims was supposed to handle a claim back in 2009. Jeff came and took pictures, but after the first visit was very slow to respond. He came out again, took the same pictures then stopped returning calls and emails. I tried repeatedly to contact him with no response.
I am filing a complaint with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Insurance and Better Business Bureau.
Awful, awful, awful
This guy should not be in business.
I have a claim that is almost 1.5 years old. I plan on filing a complaint with the MA Division of Insurance, the BBB, and after discussing with my attorney, plan on suing him for unfair business practices.
My family and friends are pulling all of our insurance business from the company who used Jeff Harnish as an insurance adjuster.
Terrible.
