Dear Mr. Hill, I have a double wide mobile home that is in a basement here in Elkhart, IN. My niece and her fiancé are supposed to buy it from me. they have been living there. When moved a basement was made and home put on top. Since then, they have put in stairs and a wood burning stove. My nephew used to install these professionally so it is up to code. This was insured by Farmers Ins. They saw the Wood burning stove and said since I the owner was not living there they could no longer insure it. Therefore, they canceled the Ins. coverage in Nov.
Friends of ours also have a double wide, Linda & Robert Hawkins. They said they are insured and have been for several years with your company.
