I’m a type 1 diabetic who was very sick. I Waited over 20 minutes on the phone to discover they had no appointments available for me and told me to call back over the next few days and maybe one would become available.
Every other time I have gone to this place I’ve never waited less than an hour past my appointment time before I went in to see my doctor. And on another occasion, I was called in and told I needed a shot, after waiting an hour in the waiting room they called me in and said they couldn’t give me the shot that day.
this place is not only unprofessional, dirty, they are severely understaffed and unable to correctly treat their patients. I would recommend any clinic on the street before I would recommend this location.
