The agent is rude with customers and her employees. She charges $20 dollars to fax or email an insurance card. She has fees for everything yet fails to deliver and gives you attitude when you bring it up that you’re paying for a service she is slow to deliver.
I spoke directly with her at 4pm today asking that her office fax or email proof of insurance to one of my customers in order to close pending business and even though she charged us $20 to do this, when I called her office back I’m told that she just went home and now I have to wait until tomorrow.
Also, the last time I called her office, one of her office reps faxed a new insurance card to us and the rep did not charge us. Today, the agent Lurdes says we owe her $20 from the last fax plus another $20 for this one too!
Her office is taking advantage of people and is shady in her business dealings. Farmers Insurance should terminate their business relationship with this agency since this agent only hurts the Farmers brand.
